Spencer brings with him extensive expertise in real estate operations, financial modeling, and portfolio management. Over his career, he has successfully managed portfolios of more than 480 residential and commercial units, designed scalable financial systems, and led impactful rent recovery initiatives.
With nine years of accounting experience and four years as a licensed Real Estate Agent, Spencer adds strong skills in financial reporting, property expense analysis, and automation tools that boost efficiency. His background spans acquisitions, lease negotiations, and compliance—always with a focus on providing data-driven insights and streamlining administrative processes.
