Olga handles various tasks vital to corporate operations. This includes drafting documentation for transactions, such as Special Resolutions of Directors and Shareholders of The M Group corporations, as well as preparing Annual Resolutions of the Directors and Shareholders. Additionally, Olga ensures the corporate books are meticulously maintained and file Annual Returns with the Ontario Business Registry. Occasionally, Olga assists in Lease contracts. She is always ready to undertake any duties assigned by the team.
